Lawn Insect Service
The warm, humid Florida climate is friendly to lawn pests all year round. Here are some of the most common you can expect to find, and what kind of damage they do:
Grubs: Damage from grubs will begin with wilted grass blades, followed by brown patches and eventually dead grass.
Chinch bugs: When they feed by sucking on grass blades, chinch bugs produce a coagulant that causes grass to stop absorbing water, causing it to eventually die.
Sod webworms: These pests eat grass blades and stems at night and hide during the day. Their damage will include brown patches and tunnels at the turf level.
Armyworm: These pests eat grass blades and entire stems, typically in the early morning, at night, or in the evening. As Armyworms eat grass, they’ll create circular bare spots.
• Cutworm: When eating grass stems at night, cutworms will bite them until they completely break off. Their damage will include dead spots on your lawn.
Shrub Insect Service
Florida shrubs are the target of many a pest problem,Here are some of the most common you can expect to find, and what kind of damage they do:
Aphids: As they feed, aphids suck out the juice from plant blades. In doing so, they are responsible for killing off a portion of your Shrubs
Whiteflies: To determine whether you have whitefly damage, look for wilted, drooping leaves on plants, and a distinctive white honeydew excrement.
Mealy bugs: These pests weaken plants and grass by sucking the blades and stems. This leaves plants with wilted, discolored stems

Flower Bed Weed Control
There is nothing peskier when finishing up planting new flowers or shrubs than having to go back through and pull weeds from the landscape beds. The nuisance of landscape bed weeds can be unsightly as well as damaging to the plants and shrubs that you are trying to grow. Luckily, there are a few things that can be done to ease the burden of these landscape weeds and possibly prevent them all together.
Landscape Mulch
One of the easiest ways to combat weeds within landscape beds is to install mulch or other filler item such as rock.
Landscape Bed Weed Control
Landscape bed weed control is the process of spraying landscaping weeds with an herbicide to kill them. The process typically includes spraying existing weeds with the herbicide as well as applying a granular pre-emergent that helps to prevent weeds from germinating.
Pulling Landscape Weeds
Pulling landscape weeds can be effective and damaging at the same time. Many times when pulling weeds, the entire root is not pulled as well, this could result in the weed living on and allows it to continue growing.
Lawn Fungus Service
If you see concentrated areas of damage in your lawn, you first need to recognize what is causing the damage: insects or disease.
For fungus to spread and be present, there needs to be three main factors:
a) a host, living or dead organic matter (thatch and leaves),
b) the right environmental conditions, such as shaded, moist areas to grow in,
c) and the pathogen.
The best way to treat grass fungus is to be proactive and treat at the first sign of damp lawn areas and not after the fungus has taken hold. This can be done with a simple application of a systemic fungicide which the plant will absorb. A systemic fungicide will also help to suppress the fungus after infection.
Shrub Fungus Services
Shrubbery is one of the most important parts of your landscape, providing structure, adding visual interest, and maybe even creating privacy between you and your neighbors. Just like trees, shrubs can fall victim to pests and diseases that can sicken or even kill them. Fortunately, many of these can be prevented if you know what to look for and how to treat it.
Lawn Weed Control
Weed Control is the combination of different steps in a process to eliminate weeds from a particular area using specific agents. The weed control element used determines the lawn owner’s preferences. There are always options to choose from when looking to work with weed control elements.
Application process to go for. Weeds can cause a lot of problems for your lawn if left unattended for a while. Weeds can compete with your plants for everything ranging from water, food, nutrients, etc.
Weed control can be done with biological components and inorganic or chemical components. Also, weed control is categorized into Pre-emergent and Post-emergent types. While the first tackles weed seedlings before they germinate, the latter is used after the germination process of the weed seedlings is complete.
